- Review and draft contracts and legal documents across the portfolio.
- Provide advice on interpretation of contractual and statutory provisions.
- Support on disputes, arbitrations, breach and termination processes with internal and external counsel.
- Coordinate with procurement, commercial, finance and other business units on project‑related matters.
- Manage external counsel relationships and oversee delivery of legal services.
- Support the implementation of risk mitigation strategies across contracts and procurement.
- Develop, review, and maintain template agreements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Contribute to internal governance documentation (e.g., data protection, AML, KYC).
- Act as legal counsel on project transactions and maintain close coordination with business units.
- UAE National
- A degree in Law or a related field from a recognised institution.
- Proven expertise in the oil and gas or infrastructure utilities or construction industry.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience, ideally 8+ years experience
- Strong knowledge of local and international legal regulations.
- Exceptional skills in drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Ability to manage complex legal matters and provide strategic advice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work effectively within a large organisation.
