Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical assistance to the executive, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Organize and maintain the executive's calendar by scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and official letters, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure timely distribution of meeting notes and follow-up actions.
Draft, format, and proofread official documents, reports, and presentations as directed by the
Maintain organized files and records (both digital and physical) to ensure easy retrieval of important documents.
Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa arrangements, and travel itineraries for the executive.
Safeguard sensitive company and personal information related to the executive and business operations.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive for smooth communication and workflow.
