- Assist with coordination of global hotel opening, conversion, and closing projects for Fairmont and Raffles
- Support the Hotel Openings and Guest Experience leadership team with structured project processes
- Contribute to pre-opening budget preparation and tracking tools management
- Prepare stakeholder presentations tailored to greenfield, takeover, and rebranding projects
- Coordinate and document bi-weekly and monthly cross-department meetings
- Maintain accurate dashboards and internal reporting systems
- Compile performance reports and operational metrics for leadership review
- Analyze hotel quality and guest experience indicators using brand evaluation platforms
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding of hospitality KPIs including financial, commercial, customer experience, and people metrics
- Experience assisting senior executives or management teams preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective project coordination and deadline management skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
