- Proactively manage store stock levels using modern tools to optimize retail performance across MEA.
- Monitor permanent product availability in stores and implement corrective actions for seamless replenishment.
- Manage seasonal demands and strategically plan for holiday stock builds.
- Analyze local transfers to minimize inefficiencies and costs.
- Collaborate with central distribution teams to ensure optimal product availability for MEA retail locations.
- Support new store openings by preparing initial stock implementations.
- Manage end-of-life collections to minimize depreciation.
- Partner with the E-commerce team to support their operational activities for the region.
- Collaborate with Logistics and Transportation teams to improve warehousing performance (where applicable), reduce lead times, and optimize costs for MEA operations.
- Forecast volumes for relevant distribution points.
- Estimate transportation volumes across the MEA region.
- Continuously challenge and drive lead time improvements.
- Coordinate logistics for new store openings in MEA.
- Dedicate time to continuous improvement of processes and systems within the MEA supply chain.
- Develop new reporting tools for enhanced situational monitoring specific to the region.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of Anaplan tools.
- Actively participate in new supply chain projects impacting the MEA market.
- 5-7 years of progressive supply chain experience, ideally within the MEA region or a similar multi-country environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing projects with tight deadlines and minimal supervision.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly with Excel, Power BI, and Anaplan.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in working across diverse cultures and proactively addressing communication nuances specific to the MEA market.
