- Supervise installation of HVAC systems including ducting networks, air handling units, fan coil units, chilled water piping, and ventilation systems.
- Allocate daily tasks to HVAC technicians and monitor productivity and work quality on site.
- Ensure installations comply with approved mechanical drawings, project specifications, and method statements.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and civil teams to prevent system clashes and maintain project workflow.
- Conduct site inspections and support testing and commissioning activities for HVAC equipment and systems.
- Monitor site progress and maintain records related to installation activities and manpower deployment.
- Ensure adherence to QAQC procedures and construction quality standards.
- Maintain daily progress reports and technical documentation related to HVAC works.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance across site operations.
- Support project engineers and management teams in resolving technical issues and maintaining installation schedules.
- Diploma or ITI qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Five to eight years of experience supervising HVAC installation works in MEP construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including ductwork, chilled water systems, ventilation, and mechanical equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and construction layouts.
- Experience supporting testing and commissioning of HVAC equipment.
