Senior Attraction Specialist - Entertainment Projects

• Act as primary point of contact for attraction systems within project management consultancy scope
• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of attraction-related project components
• Manage third-party consultants, contractors, and vendors ensuring alignment with project goals
• Oversee design deliverables, KPIs, and compliance with technical and regulatory standards
• Support value engineering and ensure integration of architectural, structural, and MEP systems
• Coordinate change management processes including variations, approvals, and implementation
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and execution plans in collaboration with stakeholders
• Conduct design reviews, workshops, and coordination meetings to track project progress
• Ensure interface coordination between multiple stakeholders and project components
• Monitor cost plans and BOQs to maintain alignment with budget targets
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Mentor junior team members and promote continuous improvement within the project team

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects
• At least 10 years of experience in entertainment or attraction-based projects
• Strong knowledge of project management, design coordination, and industry standards
• Proven leadership experience in managing large multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results under pressure
