- Support the end-to-end execution of retail media advertising campaigns across multiple markets.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and according to defined objectives.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis by measuring results against key performance indicators and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and insights for internal teams and advertising partners.
- Work closely with the Retail Media Growth team to identify campaign optimization opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign budgets, performance data, and operational documentation.
- Assist with operational coordination including account research, internal communication, and campaign administration tasks.
- Support continuous improvement of campaign management tools, reporting systems, and internal workflows.
- Coordinate with Ads Growth Managers to ensure campaign delivery meets quality standards and client expectations.
- Contribute to scaling retail media operations by improving campaign tracking and performance measurement processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Two to four years of experience in digital advertising, retail media, ad technology, or campaign operations roles.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising formats, platforms, and retail media ecosystems.
- Experience performing campaign performance analysis and generating data-driven insights.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
