Recruitment Specialist

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our organization
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the company
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process
- Conduct reference and background checks for selected candidates
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer letter and onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure a competitive edge in hiring top talent
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the UAE
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to effectively source and attract top talent
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English & Arabic)
- Experience in the transportation, logistics, or construction industry is highly desirable
