TRS Equipment Technician - ADNOC Drilling - Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Perform routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and repairs of TRS equipment and tools
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical faults and implement corrective solutions
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with manufacturer specifications and industry standards
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify equipment reliability and performance
• Maintain accurate workshop records including maintenance logs, repair reports, and equipment status updates
• Ensure readiness and availability of TRS equipment for deployment
• Coordinate with Supervisor regarding spare parts, tools, and servicing schedules
• Participate in safety meetings, drills, and risk assessments to maintain safe workshop operations
• Report safety incidents or hazards immediately and support corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify process optimization opportunities
• Assist in training junior technicians and promote teamwork within the workshop
• Comply fully with UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling, and client Asset Integrity Management standards

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
• 2 to 4 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair, preferably in oilfield services
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining TRS equipment
• Strong understanding of workshop maintenance procedures and safety compliance
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented technical environment
