- Perform routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and repairs of TRS equipment and tools
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical faults and implement corrective solutions
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with manufacturer specifications and industry standards
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify equipment reliability and performance
- Maintain accurate workshop records including maintenance logs, repair reports, and equipment status updates
- Ensure readiness and availability of TRS equipment for deployment
- Coordinate with Supervisor regarding spare parts, tools, and servicing schedules
- Participate in safety meetings, drills, and risk assessments to maintain safe workshop operations
- Report safety incidents or hazards immediately and support corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify process optimization opportunities
- Assist in training junior technicians and promote teamwork within the workshop
- Comply fully with UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling, and client Asset Integrity Management standards
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
- 2 to 4 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair, preferably in oilfield services
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining TRS equipment
- Strong understanding of workshop maintenance procedures and safety compliance
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented technical environment
