Senior Estimation Engineer

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for infrastructure and Building projects (roads, bridges, utilities, rail, Industrial Buildings).
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope.
- Develop and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-offs.
- Perform rate analysis for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontract works.
- Lead bid preparation, pricing, and submission within deadlines.
- Conduct cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting for projects.
- Perform value engineering to optimize cost without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
- Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations.
- Negotiate rates and finalize cost-effective procurement strategies.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during bidding.
- Prepare estimation reports, bid summaries, and management presentations.
- Present cost analysis and recommendations to senior management.
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or any other related Field.
- Minimum 8–15 years of experience in construction industry.
- Min 4+ years experience as senior Estimation Engineer.
- Proven experience in Infrastructure Projects.
- Strong knowledge of Cost Estimation & Cost Planning, BOQ preparation & Quantity Take-off, Tendering & Bid Management, Rate Analysis.
