- Offer clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Support the recruitment process through preparing job descriptions, posting ads as well as managing the hiring process
- Prepare and implement effective on-boarding plans
- Offer counseling on policies as well as procedures where necessary
- Assist with payroll administration
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
- Manage the employee filing system
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives as well as systems in the company
- Stay up to date with the latest HR trends and best practice
- Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
- Possess a Degree in Human Resource Management or any related course
- Must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the same or similar position
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Must have good computer application knowledge
