The Senior Engineer - NOC Operations is responsible for overseeing real-time monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of network infrastructure within a 24-7 operations environment. The role supports system stability, minimizes downtime, and contributes to continuous operational improvements.Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor enterprise network systems, servers, and applications using advanced monitoring platforms to detect issues early
  • Manage incident response processes, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation when required
  • Analyze system alerts, logs, and performance data to identify root causes and implement solutions
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system configurations
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and application teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Execute scheduled maintenance, updates, and configuration changes in line with change management procedures
  • Support junior engineers with technical guidance and training initiatives
  • Participate in on-call support rotation to ensure continuous system availability
  • Improve operational processes to enhance system performance and reduce downtime
  • Prepare performance reports, availability metrics, and operational insights for management review
Ideal Profile
  • Proven experience in network operations, infrastructure monitoring, and technical support roles
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, architectures, and enterprise IT environments
  • Experience working in mission-critical or 24-7 operational setups
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and network-related issues
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
