  • Monitor service performance including waiting times, complaints, and satisfaction levels
  • Support clinic management in administrative and operational tasks
  • Ensure patient enquiries are effectively converted into services aligned with business goals
  • Analyse patient feedback and survey results to identify improvement areas
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management review
  • Assist in staff scheduling, rostering, and operational coverage planning
  • Identify training needs and support team development initiatives
  • Handle escalated patient concerns with professionalism and timely resolution
Ideal Profile
  • Emirati national with valid family book
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Experience in supervising customer service or patient-facing teams
  • Strong background in front-office operations or patient relations
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
