It directly contributes to customer satisfaction and business performance by optimizing operational workflows and maintaining high service standards.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full store operations including staffing, scheduling, ordering, and fulfillment
- Manage inbound receiving, stock replenishment, and inventory control processes
- Ensure accurate picking and packing of customer orders in line with operational standards
- Monitor stock levels to prevent out-of-stock and overstock situations
- Optimize workforce utilization and improve operational productivity
- Supervise store staff performance and support team development
- Control operational costs and ensure adherence to budgets
- Implement procedures to reduce shrinkage and improve stock accuracy
- Maintain store equipment, infrastructure, and safety standards
- Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and service quality standards
- Coordinate maintenance activities with internal teams and external vendors
- Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in supermarket, retail, or restaurant operations
- Strong understanding of inventory management and store operations
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple operational priorities effectively
- Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage
