Graduate / Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in cost control, purchasing, or procurement in the restaurant / F&B sector
Experience working in the UAE is mandatoryRequirements:
Strong knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and procurement processes
Ability to analyze costs, prepare reports, and identify cost-saving opportunities
Proficiency in MS Office and inventory / purchasing software
Good negotiation and vendor management skills
