Our client is hiring a Civil Estimation Engineer/Sr. Cost Controller with experience in high-rise building projects in Dubai. The role involves preparing cost estimates, managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and supporting cost optimization.Key Responsibilities:- Analyze project drawings & specs for cost estimation- Prepare & manage project budgets- Track costs vs. budgets; report variances- Support tendering & cost optimization- Coordinate with project, procurement & finance teamsRequirements:- Degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying- Experience in estimation/cost control in construction- Strong MS Excel & estimation software skills- Knowledge of cost planning & financial reportingService Charge to be charged from Candidate upon confirmation from employer.
