Procurement Officer

• Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management, to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and equipment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and secure competitive pricing.
• Review purchase requisitions and create purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers and engineers, to identify procurement needs and support project requirements.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate product offerings and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including vendor contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance evaluations.

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma certification in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the oil, gas, or fabrication industry.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures, including sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management.
• Familiarity with fabrication materials, equipment, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and procurement software.
• Must be currently available in the UAE and willing to join immediately.
• Immediate joining candidates are preferred.
