- Define and standardize operational frameworks for commercial technology in collaboration with global sales stakeholders
- Lead documentation, governance and compliance for global freight forwarding sales processes
- Maintain and administer the global sales process repository ensuring accuracy and alignment with approved standards
- Prepare checklists for process audits, GEMBA walks and compliance reviews
- Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen governance and commercial excellence
- Align governance and compliance standards across all regional sales organizations
- Support global performance management activities linked to sales KPIs and strategic initiatives
- Contribute to executive reporting and stakeholder presentations
- Collaborate with technology, product, procurement and regional teams to drive system improvements
- Ensure full compliance with DP World Code of Conduct, safety and ethics standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Freight Forwarding or related field
- 3 to 5 years experience in sales operations, governance, compliance or process management within freight forwarding or logistics
- Strong background in process documentation, audits and compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to work across regional and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and process analysis capabilities
- Data driven, detail oriented and technology savvy
