- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent preferred
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, administration, or recruitment
- Experience within retail environments preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to implement HR policies and drive organizational initiatives
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
