- Conduct vehicle inspections with customers at pickup and return, checking for damage, cleanliness, and fuel levels
- Resolve customer issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction and brand loyalty
- Promote rental upgrades, insurance coverage, accessories, and value-added services
- Support loyalty program enrollment and communicate ongoing promotions and offers
- Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to ensure vehicle availability and readiness
- Maintain accurate records and comply with company policies and procedures
- High school qualification or diploma; bachelor's degree is an advantage
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, front office, retail, hospitality, or vehicle rental operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell products and services
- Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and professional in handling complaints
- Ability to work in shifts and in a fast-paced operational environment
