- Coordinate architectural BIM models with structural, MEP, and other project disciplines to ensure accurate integration
- Perform clash detection using coordination tools such as Navisworks and resolve model conflicts during design and construction phases
- Lead BIM coordination meetings with project teams and prepare coordination reports for management and consultants
- Develop and maintain LOD compliant architectural models in accordance with project BIM requirements
- Ensure BIM models follow the approved BIM Execution Plan and company BIM standards
- Conduct routine quality checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project documentation
- Collaborate with design teams to update models and address design coordination issues
- Support project teams with model updates, revisions, and coordination activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain documentation related to BIM coordination processes and model revisions
- Assist in improving BIM workflows and coordination procedures across development projects
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related discipline
- 5 to 8 years of experience in architectural design and BIM coordination within construction or development companies
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Solid understanding of BIM workflows, LOD standards, and clash detection processes
- Experience working on large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities when working with multidisciplinary teams
