- Deliver comprehensive surgical management for breast malignancies and endocrine disorders including thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal conditions
- Perform advanced procedures such as mastectomy, lumpectomy, thyroidectomy, parathyroidectomy, and minimally invasive endocrine surgeries
- Provide inpatient and outpatient consultative services with a patient-centered approach
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary tumor boards and complex case discussions
- Supervise and mentor fellows, residents, and junior physicians within the department
- Contribute to clinical research, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SCFHS standards and international surgical safety protocols
- Engage in departmental administrative responsibilities and committee participation
- Medical Degree from a recognized institution
- Completion of accredited residency and fellowship in Breast and Endocrine Surgery
- Board Certification such as Saudi Board, Arab Board, American, Canadian, or European equivalent
- Valid Consultant classification with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties
- Minimum 3-5 years of post-board or fellowship experience in breast and endocrine surgery
- Demonstrated expertise in oncologic and endocrine surgical techniques
- Strong leadership, academic, and communication capabilities
- Fluency in English with Arabic considered advantageous
