- Respond to customer inquiries and qualify potential leads
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and networking
- Understand client needs and propose tailored FM service solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documentation
- Collaborate with BD and Operations teams to ensure alignment in client offerings
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and update records, document sales activities, and track pipeline progress
- Conduct site visits and client meetings as neededREQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of sales experience in Facilities Management companies in the UAE
- Strong understanding of MEP, civil, and soft FM services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
