About the Role:
  • We are seeking a talented Project Architect to oversee interior fit-out projects from concept through completion. The role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring design integrity, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead architectural design development and project execution for fit-out projects
  • Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and documentation
  • Coordinate with MEP, joinery, and interior design teams to ensure seamless integration
  • Review contractor proposals and monitor construction compliance with design intent
  • Participate in client meetings, presenting design solutions and progress updates
  • Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years UAE-based experience in interior fit-out architecture
  • Strong design and technical skills in fit-out projects, including 3D modelling and CAD software
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary project teams
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations
