- Customer Relations: Greet clients upon arrival, manage the check-in process, and offer refreshments in the waiting lounge.
- Appointment Management: Coordinate service bookings via phone, WhatsApp, and email, optimizing the daily workshop schedule.
- Documentation: Open “Job Cards” accurately, ensuring all customer concerns and vehicle details are captured in our management system.
- Invoicing & Payments: Handle POS transactions, process cash/card payments, and explain basic invoice line items to customers.
- Communication Bridge: Provide status updates to customers regarding their vehicle's progress after consulting with Service Advisors or Technicians.
- Administrative Support: Maintain an organized filing system for vehicle records, inspection reports, and insurance claims.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in a receptionist or customer service role.
