  • Perform HVAC system design, equipment selection, and estimation for ducted splits, VRF systems, package units, AHUs, FCUs, and chillers
  • Prepare detailed technical submittals, compliance statements, and competitive quotations for AC projects
  • Support the sales team with optimized product selection and cost-effective proposals
  • Coordinate with principals on technical specifications, pricing, and product-related matters
  • Provide accurate project status reports and assist in forecasting sales opportunities
  • Analyze competition and develop product-wise strategies to strengthen market positioning
  • Liaise with developers, consultants, and MEP contractors to gather market intelligence
  • Promote cross-selling opportunities with other engineering divisions
  • Ensure all project proposals align with approved budgets and technical requirements
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3 to 5 years of experience within the HVAC industry
  • Strong expertise in design and selection of DX type AC units and VRF systems
  • Hands-on experience in project costing, compliance documentation, and technical submissions
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and technical documentation
  • Knowledge of HAP software and AutoCAD is an advantage
  • Strong customer focus and team-oriented mindset
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
