1) Preparing financial statements and MIS reporting are a large part of the accountant's day-to-day work. The ideal candidate will be well versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.
2) Will also attend RERA Matter & Cheque Bounces Matters with the Police Filing of Cases related to Rental.
3) The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help the company fully aware of its financial condition.
4) Ensures that all expenses, receipts, owner's distributions, funding requests and other transactions for the accounting period have been accurately posted.
5) Generates MIS for accuracy and comprehensive reporting.
6) Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
7) Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software.
8) Communications skills and fluent in English & Hindi.
