Our client is a multi-industry corporation specializing in high-end equipment manufacturing, oil and gas engineering and technical services. With a team of about 7,000 staff worldwide, they are now opening a new manufacturing location in UAE. Here they will be expanding their current production of oil & gas equipment that is now mostly happening in China.What we offer

You are a calm, structured, and professional individual who manages sensitive situations with discretion and confidence. You balance empathy with objectivity, are detail-oriented and process-driven, and excel at guiding stakeholders and maintaining stability across teams.Skills & Competencies:
  • Experience in corporate employee relations
  • Skilled in managing medium-complexity ER cases
  • Strong HR risk management and mitigation knowledge
  • Experienced in designing and optimizing HR frameworks
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication
  • High discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving ability
Education & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years at Group/HQ level or 3-5 years in smaller companies, with at least 1 year in a multinational
  • Knowledge of HR practices across MENA (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt)
  • Skilled in analyzing policies across countries and identifying risks
  • Able to support consistent regional HR policies
Description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee relations activities across the region, focusing on building structured frameworks, mitigating risks, and supporting business units in maintaining a stable and compliant work environment.Role & Responsibilities:
  • Investigate regional operations to assess employee relations practices and risks
  • Establish and implement structured employee relations and module management systems
  • Empower and guide business units in applying ER frameworks effectively
  • Monitor and manage employee relations risks using a tiered approach
  • Handle medium-complexity employee relations cases and disputes as required
  • Support the development and future setup of a regional Employee Relations Shared Services Center (SSC)
  • Ensure alignment of ER practices with organizational policies and regional requirements
