  • Coach and guide the customer service team to meet performance goals
  • Maintain company visual merchandising standards across the store
  • Oversee cash float management and ensure accurate financial transactions
  • Manage specialized in-store services such as Bra Fit, Suit Fit, and Barista services
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience
Ideal Profile
  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma preferred
  • Minimum 3 years' customer service experience, preferably in retail
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in cash handling and operational procedures
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining visual standards
  • Familiarity with specialized customer services is an advantage
