- Act as the escalation point for complex customer concerns
- Supervise daily operations in collaboration with the Duty Manager
- Coach and guide the customer service team to meet performance goals
- Maintain company visual merchandising standards across the store
- Oversee cash float management and ensure accurate financial transactions
- Manage specialized in-store services such as Bra Fit, Suit Fit, and Barista services
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma preferred
- Minimum 3 years' customer service experience, preferably in retail
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in cash handling and operational procedures
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining visual standards
- Familiarity with specialized customer services is an advantage
