Support the Senior Merchandiser and Merchandiser with allocation, planning, and analytical tasks
Manage accurate BTF settings and ratio balancing to ensure effective stock allocation
Guide and support allocators while implementing AI-driven allocation solutions
Coordinate with store teams to understand regional demand and maintain optimum stock levels and size availability
Generate and maintain business reports, promotion tracking, and weekly trade analysis
Analyze sales performance to identify best and worst sellers and recommend corrective actions
Support catalogue buying by maintaining core buying sheets and demand planning data
Prepare planograms and compare performance against previous seasons, budgets, and promotional calendars
Act as the first point of contact for stores on stock-related issues and trade communication
Ensure online product data accuracy and customer-friendly presentation
Maintain strong working relationships with principals and internal stakeholdersIdeal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
Minimum three years of experience in fashion buying or merchandising at assistant or allocator level
Experience in a retail buying environment within MENA and or Europe
Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
