The main business activity of the company consists in long-term investments, in particular, in trading stocks, mutual funds, futures, options and other financial instruments; developing its own trading models and using technical analysis to profit from temporary distortions in price ratios caused by market events and changes in investor preferences.We are looking for an experienced expert who would like to join the Family office investment team.Position: Real Estate Manager (Real Estate Manager)Place of work: Cyprus, PaphosType of employment: Full-time, office workSalary: by agreementWhat you have to do:Management of the company's real estate portfolio (about 30 properties).
Conducting an analysis of the real estate market to identify new investment opportunities, speaking at invest. committees.
Control over the construction of residential buildings in different countries (Cyprus, UAE, Italy, UK).
Development and implementation of strategies to optimize the profitability of real estate.
Negotiating with tenants, buyers and sellers.
Organization and control of the real estate purchase and sale process.
Organization and control of the process of maintenance (repairs) of real estate, pre-sale preparation.
Preparation of reports on the status of the real estate portfolio and financial indicators.
Collaborate with legal, financial, and construction teams to ensure effective project management.
Working with specialized funds and stocks (as an alternative to direct purchase of real estate)
What we expect:Higher education, preferably technical/engineering/construction.
Experience and skills in construction technology and finishing processes.
Work experience in the field of real estate management in international markets of 3 years or more is REQUIRED.
Knowledge of the real estate market and current trends.
Spoken English.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Flexibility, adaptability.
