- Propose and provide recommendations on how to contribute to preparing policies and procedures related to the department’s activities.
- Provide the necessary technical information and guidance to employees to enable them to perform their work effectively.
- Participate with the department manager in selecting and hiring staff for the department.
- Cooperate with the department manager in directing newly hired employees working in the department.
- Supervise the implementation of financial and accounting policies approved by the Finance Department.
- Conduct periodic performance evaluations for all department employees.
- Ensure all employees fully understand the department’s policies and procedures related to its activities.
- Supervise the preparation of financial reports and ensure they are delivered on time with the required quality and in line with best practices and standards.
- Oversee the use and implementation of the ERP financial system of the Finance Department.
