  • Coach team members and monitor departmental performance to improve productivity and quality
  • Track operational metrics and analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Create a collaborative team environment focused on communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure company policies and operational standards are clearly communicated and consistently followed
  • Coordinate with HR, facilities, safety, and IT teams to support operational projects and workforce initiatives
  • Develop improvement plans to enhance workflow efficiency and operational processes
  • Document incidents and safety issues while ensuring corrective actions are implemented
  • Conduct time card reviews and verify workforce scheduling accuracy
  • Recognize high-performing employees and provide coaching or disciplinary guidance when required
  • Share operational best practices across departments and shifts to maintain consistent performance standards
  • Assist in long-term operational planning and improvement initiatives within the fulfillment center
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience using computers and Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing and walking during extended shifts
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Capability to manage operational performance metrics and production targets
  • UAE National with family book as required for this role
