- Manage renewal portfolio and review accounts in advance to maintain profitability
- Assess and underwrite property insurance applications in line with company policies
- Analyze risk factors and client profiles to determine appropriate coverage and pricing
- Monitor risk management practices and coordinate periodic risk surveys
- Evaluate new submissions and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines
- Collaborate with business channels to secure new clients and retain existing portfolios
- Prepare management reports including premium analysis and claims statistics
- Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient underwriting control processes
- Deliver high-quality customer service to partners and clients
- Degree in Business, Insurance, or related field or relevant insurance qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property insurance underwriting
- Strong technical knowledge of property insurance products and risk assessment
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
