Job Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities
- Monitor HSE performance across ADNOC Group Companies, ensuring operations and assets comply with corporate standards and procedures.
- Conduct and participate in high-impact HSE inspections during equipment installation, commissioning, loading/offloading, and shutdown/start-up operations.
- Support the implementation of ADNOC's HSE Management System and Codes of Practice (COPs).
- Revise procurement standards to ensure safety compliance of purchased equipment and materials.
- Contribute to the development of safety programs, manuals, hazardous area instructions, and awareness campaigns.
- Prepare and update safety inspection checklists and schedules for site hazard assessments.
- Participate in HSE studies including HSE Impact Assessments, HAZOP, HAZID, Root Cause Analyses, and Risk Assessments.
- Investigate incidents, analyze causes, recommend corrective actions, and follow through to closure.
- Participate in contractor management audits and internal/external HSE audits at site and corporate levels.
- Review and assess new HSE initiatives, projects, and updates for sustainable improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of HSE experience, including at least 3 years as an HSE or Safety Engineer.
- Proven background in HSE inspections, systems implementation, and project execution.
- Experience in oil and gas operations, drilling, construction, petrochemicals, or refinery environments.
- Strong knowledge of HSE standards, codes, and risk management practices.
- Skilled in auditing, incident investigation, and contractor HSE management.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- ISO 9001 certification.
- NEBOSH / NIOSH NPG (mandatory).
- ISO 14001 / RC certification.
- ISO 27000 certification.
