- Monitor HSE compliance and participate in complex inspection activities across plants and operations.
- Review reports and feedback from Group Companies to provide aligned and timely HSE support.
- Support communication and implementation of ADNOC's HSE management system and Codes of Practice.
- Revise purchasing standards to ensure compliance with safety codes and technology requirements.
- Contribute to safety programs, manuals, inspection checklists, and hazard assessments.
- Participate in HSE studies including HSEIA, HAZOP, HAZID, RCA, and risk assessments.
- Review, audit, and assess deployed HSE projects and initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Investigate accidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Participate in level 2 site audits and level 3 corporate audits.
- Support contractor management procedures and audit follow-ups.
- Provide training and supervision for assigned staff to enhance HSE capability.
- Comply with ADNOC HSE procedures and exercise STOP Work Authority in unsafe situations.
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of HSE experience, including at least 3 years as a Safety or HSE Engineer.
- Proven background in HSE project implementation, inspections, and systems.
- Experience in drilling, operations, construction, petrochemicals, or refining.
- Professional certifications such as ISO 9001, NEBOSH/NIOSH NPG, ISO 14001/RC, or ISO 27000.
- Strong knowledge of international safety and environmental standards.
- Excellent analytical, supervisory, and communication skills.
