- Own compliance operations across multiple iGaming jurisdictions, ensuring strong control, documentation, and consistency.
- Track regulatory change and clearly assess impact on commercial activity, integrations, product changes, and partner relationships.
- Support licensing, certification, and compliance documentation requirements relevant to B2B iGaming/aggregation-style operations.
- Act as the key point of contact for compliance discussions with external stakeholders, including:
- Operators
- Game providers
- Platform / integration partners
- External compliance teams and compliance officers
- Maintain structured policies, trackers, partner requirements, and audit-ready records (always current, always accessible).
- Support partner onboarding, ensuring requirements are understood early and met without blocking delivery.
- Identify compliance risks early, escalate clearly, and propose practical solutions that protect the business while enabling growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Tech, Ops, Commercial) to embed compliance into delivery and decision-making.
- Manage complex scenarios where jurisdictional requirements differ, change frequently, or have unclear interpretations.
- Proven compliance experience within iGaming (B2B preferred) or similarly regulated online gambling environments.
- Strong ability to operate confidently in a fast-changing, multi-market regulatory context.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to build structure where its missing.
- Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes without constant supervision.
- Confident communicator with external partners — able to be firm, calm, and credible.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to influence internal stakeholders across functions.
- Legal background or strong exposure to legal/commercial documentation.
- Familiarity with common iGaming compliance areas such as certifications, jurisdictional rule sets, responsible gaming expectations, and partner due diligence.
- Compliance is proactive, structured, and trusted — not reactive or last-minute.
- Partners experience you as a professional, reliable compliance counterpart.
- Regulatory changes are tracked early and handled smoothly.
- Internal teams receive clear guidance, enabling delivery without unnecessary risk.
