- Lead the architectural design of pedestrian bridges including steel, concrete, suspension, and precast structures
- Develop iconic and architecturally unique pedestrian bridge concepts that balance aesthetics, function, and constructability
- Integrate architectural intent with structural systems, user safety, and long-term operational performance
- Ensure full compliance with Dubai Accessibility standards and international accessibility guidelines such as ADA
- Coordinate design inputs with structural, MEP, civil, and BIM disciplines to maintain design accuracy and alignment
- Mentor junior architects and BIM modelers to deliver coordinated and high-quality design outputs
- Align design deliverables with project objectives, timelines, and team performance targets
- Support submissions and approvals with Dubai Municipality, RTA, Trakhees, and DDA
- Participate in design reviews, technical presentations, and stakeholder coordination sessions
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum 12 years of professional architectural experience, including at least 5 years in Dubai or the UAE
- Demonstrated specialization in pedestrian bridge design from concept through detailed design stages
- Registered Architect with UAE Society of Engineers and approved by Dubai Municipality
- Strong understanding of local authority regulations, sustainability standards, and approval processes
- Proven experience delivering architecturally significant infrastructure and public realm projects
