- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in BD / Marketing Management or related field.
- Proven track record of 15 years in customer service, business development and marketing related field
- Excellent communication skills with Customers, Client, Colleagues and Team Members
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Strong financial understanding (P&L) within the sector and demonstrable budgetary control and results orientated.
- Proven record of sales growth
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
- Exceptional project management skills
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent computer skills
- High level of English Language capability. Other regionally common languages would be advantageous e.g. Arabic, Hindi etc
