Senior Manager Group IT Controls Governance and Risk - Majid Al Futtaim - Dubai UAE

• Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive IT control framework covering IT general controls, application controls, and system change management processes across group entities.
• Identify IT-related risks and control gaps across systems, networks, infrastructure, and enterprise applications while implementing mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate internal and external IT audits by managing control documentation, testing activities, and remediation plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and global standards including financial reporting controls and data protection frameworks.
• Collaborate with Group IT teams and business stakeholders to integrate IT control mechanisms into enterprise systems such as ERP and financial platforms.
• Oversee controls related to user access management, segregation of duties, and system change processes to protect system integrity and availability.
• Support implementation and monitoring of governance, risk, and compliance platforms to automate control monitoring and reporting.
• Monitor IT control performance and provide regular reports highlighting risks, control effectiveness, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to strengthen IT governance and enhance enterprise risk management capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum eight years of experience in IT audit, IT risk management, or IT controls roles.
• At least three to four years of experience in leadership or management positions overseeing IT governance initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of IT general controls, application controls, and enterprise governance frameworks.
• Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle Fusion, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Understanding of cloud-based systems, enterprise security standards, and IT infrastructure governance.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
