This role leads architectural supervision on complex construction projects ensuring execution aligns with approved designs and specifications. It plays a key role in maintaining quality standards, managing site coordination, and ensuring successful project delivery within timelines and compliance frameworks.Key Responsibilities
- Lead on-site architectural supervision ensuring construction aligns with approved plans and specifications
- Monitor quality of materials workmanship and finishing across all project stages
- Coordinate with contractors engineers and consultants to resolve design and execution challenges
- Ensure compliance with building codes safety standards and environmental regulations
- Review progress and provide detailed reports highlighting risks deviations and corrective actions
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including site logs inspection reports and change records
- Address site issues and implement practical solutions to maintain project timelines
- Liaise with clients to ensure expectations are met and project outcomes align with requirements
- Bachelor degree in Architectural Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years experience in architectural supervision and project administration
- Strong experience in large-scale construction projects within the Middle East
- Deep understanding of construction processes architectural systems and site execution
- Ability to manage complex site challenges and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
