- Lead, motivate, and coach the national sales team and dealer network to deliver sustainable results
- Act as the key liaison between the brand, dealers, and internal stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities
- Ensure adherence to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and company policies, and local regulations
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, and lead monthly reviews with all team members
- Oversee execution of sales processes, incentive schemes, and retail standards
- Drive improvements in customer experience programs and ensure consistent delivery
