- Process monthly payroll for labor and staff with high accuracy
- Prepare and manage workers' timesheets (attendance, overtime, site allocation)
- Monitor labor attendance, leaves, absences, and overtime
- Handle onboarding and offboarding for workers and staff
- Maintain and update employee records, including labor files
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies
- Coordinate with site supervisors for workforce updates
- Support recruitment for labor and site staff
- Handle employee relations and HR support
- Prepare HR and payroll reports
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an HR Officer in a construction company
- Strong background in payroll processing for labor/workers
- Hands-on experience with site-based timesheet management
- Good knowledge of UAE Labor Law
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage a large workforce
