ACES Program Manager - Amazon Logistics Operations - Dubai, UAE

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across ultra-fast grocery and last mile delivery operations
• Drive standardization efforts across UFG last mile stations to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure successful implementation across delivery stations and operational teams
• Work closely with site operations teams to benchmark and deploy best practices across fulfillment and delivery processes
• Develop sustainable mechanisms to audit processes and ensure operational compliance across stores and delivery networks
• Apply PDCA methodology to implement small-scale operational improvements and optimize workflows
• Lead Kaizen initiatives to drive large-scale improvements and reduce operational costs
• Launch new processes and tools designed to enhance delivery performance and customer satisfaction
• Support operations teams during service launches and operational expansions
• Analyze operational metrics including concessions, customer contacts, and delivery quality indicators to identify improvement opportunities
• Act as a liaison between operations, engineering, technology, and leadership teams
• Provide subject matter expertise in routing strategies and outbound delivery planning
• Deliver training programs related to Continuous Improvement and Kaizen methodologies for operations managers
• Lead partnerships and operational initiatives that strengthen last mile delivery capabilities

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least two years of program or project management experience in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
• Experience working with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems or operational planning tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple operational projects
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with Lean principles, continuous improvement frameworks, and operational optimization methodologies
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in analytical and operational environments
• Knowledge of SQL, MS Access, or data analysis tools is an advantage
• Experience with material handling systems or distribution center operations is beneficial
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, or holidays when required
