- Oversee daily store operations including staff coordination, stock handling, and order processing during assigned shifts
- Support the Store Supervisor in managing shift schedules, team performance, and operational workflows
- Handle inbound receiving by verifying deliveries and ensuring compliance with inventory policies
- Manage stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid stock shortages or excess
- Monitor inventory processes including stock counts and cycle audits to ensure accuracy
- Supervise picking and packing of customer orders to ensure timely and error-free deliveries
- Ensure proper implementation of hygiene, safety, and operational standards within the store
- Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity
- 3 to 5 years of experience in supermarket, grocery, or food retail operations
- Strong understanding of store operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams
- Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with stock management systems and retail processes
- Fluent English required; Arabic is an added advantage
