- Support daily store operations including opening, closing, and maintaining security procedures
- Assist store management and take responsibility during manager absence when required
- Deliver a high standard of customer service through active engagement and assistance
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual presentation, and merchandising standards
- Operate POS systems and ensure accurate transaction handling
- Provide product recommendations and promote additional sales opportunities
- Participate in inventory counts, stock management, and store events
- Train new staff on POS usage and store procedures
- Ensure compliance with pricing, ticketing, and company policies
- High school qualification or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in retail trends and customer service excellence
- Ability to work flexible shifts and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
