- Drive sales by engaging customers and recommending suitable products
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and product displays
- Deliver consistent and professional customer service at all touchpoints
- Support store operations including opening, closing, and shift coverage
- Assist in managing store activities in the absence of the Store Manager
- Train new staff on POS systems and ensure accurate transaction handling

- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and shifts
- Physically capable of standing for long hours and handling store tasks
