- Ensure proper hygienic handling, cleaning, and waste disposal procedures.
- Assist the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine in maintaining service and food standards.
- Communicate operational issues and support smooth kitchen management.
- Contribute to the creation of seasonal menus and innovative culinary concepts.
- Lead and train kitchen staff to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Degree in Culinary Arts or similar qualification from a recognized culinary school.
- Completed formal kitchen apprenticeship and chef training.
- Strong knowledge of classical and modern international cuisine.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants.
- Proficiency in English and strong leadership skills.
