Job DescriptionPerform enhanced due diligence on the alerts generated in name screening system at the events of onboarding (real-time), ongoing and periodic reviews of customer CDD profile;Ensuring a comprehensive review each name screening alert assigned by the team lead (i.e. no bulk closures, checking details on core and surrounding systems, utilizing public domain information and liaising with Business RMs for further information, etc.);Completion of daily target assigned by the team lead without failure in timeliness and efficiency;Liaising with Business effectively to obtain requisite information required to conclude an alert review process;Ensuring alerts are duly investigate prior to promoting it to a case for level 2 review;Ensuring all alerts are investHighlighting issues during the day-to-day operations (i.e. system, documentation, etc.) as well as suggesting the resolution to the team lead;Support peers in achieving the unit’s overall objective;Serving as a back-up to other staff members within name screening function;As a quality check, review the alerts previously completed by other name screening analyst for improving the quality on sample basis;Competencies/SkillsPossess overall banking experience in financial products & processes such as General Operations, Branch Management with a minimum of 1 to 2 years in Client Due Diligence.Name Screening alert investigation processAdvisory and SupportBank Systems KnowledgeAnalytical Thinking
