- The position reports to the CEO.
- Develop and control the process of recruitment and induction of staff.
- Develop, implement, and update HR practices in line with the culture of the organization.
- Ensure the selection of the most suitable candidates for the organization.
- Advise managers on candidate selection and recommend changes.
- Bridge relations between management and employees by addressing different types of issues.
- Handle employee engagement activities.
- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employees.
- Facilitate active participation of each employee toward achieving common business goals.
- Organize required training programs and workshops for employees.
- Receive employee complaints, suggestions, and queries and make sure they are handled properly.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and keeping up to date with relevant Labor Laws.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resource management.
- Proven track record of recruiting, training, and retaining the best talent for the company.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration/HR or related field is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Preferably has experience working in an HR department in the pre-opening phase of a new organization or start-up.
- Previously worked with people of different nationalities and backgrounds.
